SHIPPING POLICY

OptimaLife offers shipping throughout the United States and select countries on a Not For Resale (NFR) basis in countries where OptimaLife is not officially registered, provided it is permitted and legal to do so. In the United States, it typically takes 5-7 business days to receive your product. In select International Markets, it may take up to 15-20 business days to receive your product. If you have not received your product, please contact support.

If you happen to live outside of the United States, please note that packages can be help at customs and delay transit times. All international orders are done at the risk of the customer. Any fees associated with packages that get held up by the local customs in a country is at the responsibility of the customer. OptimaLife is not liable for Duties, Taxes, or other fees required for you to receive your package.

Carriers may vary depending on your location. If a product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must make a claim within 10 business days by emailing support@optimalife.com

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

We have a sixty (60) day refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with the OptimaLife products or you have changed your mind, you may return the product within sixty (60) days for a replacement, exchange or full refund of the purchase price. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the entire order. We do not issue partial refunds/returns. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
